| The geometric patterns of a mandala represent the essence of the universe as a harmonious system. Weaving, as a structure and order. By combining plastics and wire, Anastasia utilizes a traditional textile technique in which two distinct layers are loom-woven simultaneously. The layers undulate and intersect, exploring the grace of geometry. |

By interlacing textiles
with jewelry metal arts, I
combine an ancient
cloth-making technique

materials to create
