Analya Céspedes' pieces are wearable, sometimes playful,
and reflect her attraction to an esthetic rooted in nature.

She started making jewelry over 10 years ago, under the
instruction of Jaime Rosselot and Ricardo Libedinsky, in her
hometown, Santiago, Chile. After moving to the U.S., she
continued her education in the jewelry department of MICA
(Maryland College Institute of Arts), while working as a foreign
correspondent in Washington, D.C. for a Chilean daily.

Her training as a writer informs her approach to jewelry as a
language that needs no words. Much more than adornment, it
serves as a diary that documents meaningful events
happening in her life, an obsession with a shape, a material
or a color that lingers in time.
